Better to rent at Boels Rental BV - it's only 1 minute away from this location.Today I went to Bo-rent Nijmegen to ask if I could rent machinery for cleaning sewage pipes. I picked up one item from the shelf, brought it to the counter, and asked if I could rent it.The employee told me no, because it was already reserved for someone else in the affernoon. That part was understandable.Then I asked if they had anything else that could help with cleaning sewage pipes.The answer I got was short and very unhelpful: "We don't have anything for you."After that, I just said goodbye and walked out.Compared to other companies I rent tools from, especially Boels Rental BV, the difference is huge.Boels is always helpful. If they don't have something, they check other locations, offer alternatives, or try to find a solution. They never just say "we don't have anything for you."Based on my experience today, I recommend renting from Boels Rental BV instead of Bo-rent. Their service and review are much better in
general.

Ordered a van many days in advance, we receive the first email assuming everything is fine. On the arranged day we go to pick it up and guess what, we never received the second email confirmation so there is no booking. Be careful, you might not have a booking with them and they will not communicate this to you!

Ordered van last night and was able to pick it up in morning. Customer service was absolute top and both employees were very kind.They specifically mentioned to not be late more than 15 minutes and make sure to bring the receipt with Fuel. I suggest going with ANAC, it is always staffed so you can get a copy of receipt.
