Following up on my previous review here about ALLSAFE and in response to Marieke from ALLSAFE:I still want to warn other potential customers about this rental company. After canceling my reservation in June, I still have not received my deposit back, despite repeated requests. The company's communication is neither honest nor transparent; they try to avoid the issue by claiming that I need to change my bank details in person in the Netherlands. This is incorrect, as Dutch law does not require a (former) tenant to appear in person at the counter to update bank details; this can simply be done via email. I made this request via email as well, but to this day, I have received no response and my deposit has not been refunded.Furthermore, what stands out is that they only respond after you write a negative review. This indicates that they probably do not respond seriously or promptly to normal communication, but will respond when confronted with negative publicity. This suggests a lack of professionalism and transparency on the part of the company. It is certainly frustrating and shows that they may value their reputation more than properly handling customer service.
Mike was a great help, he is friendly and explains everything thoroughly, always ready to help. The storage space is clean and safe. Location is great. Would recommend it to everyone who needs it.

Secure and clean facilities, easily accessible, with clear rules and a pleasant ambiance. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for extra storage!
