I leave review because I was greatly satisfied with how joining process was arranged. I end up not using storage itself, because got an opportunity to drop stuff at my friend's place. After reserving unit I received call from Shurgard office worker (Philip) and he explained me the process of using unit, details on how to proceed with all steps online and his memory of phonetic alphabet is damn impressive.
I signed up for a storage unit yesterday and was helped by Rosalie. She provided excellent service and explained everything thoroughly. She was very friendly and extremely helpful with writing up the contract and getting everything sorted. 10/10 experience
I came across shurgard and wanted extra information. Rosalie was enthusiastic and ready to help. She walked me through all the steps to sign up and was super patient. Overall great customer service!
