Would highly recommend citywest storage, very very clean and great man to deal with ,even gave me an extra couple of days ,would definitely use this place again, so clean and easy to get in and out ,and very safe to store, I'd definitely give them 10 out of 10 and very cheap ,no hidden costs ,anyone out there looking to store ,hear is the place to go ,would definitely highly recommend this place in citywest

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Terrible experience with this place. Was with them for over a year. I was away one month when their invoice came in and it took 7 days for me to make the payment. In that time I was threatened that my container was blocked and the contents would be sold. This is despite the fact that they had taken a month's deposit and a month's payment in advance. When I left they refused to refund my deposit. If zero stars were possible that's what they would get.

Terrible experience. The account was in my husband's name David so no more of these "you never had an account" responses please. We moved house and so used citywest for our storage around two years ago. As so many others mention below, our unit was also broken into but no CCTV was provided when asked. They refused to provide it!!!! As another reviewer states there are entrances to the site allowing constant access, no gate so really not secure. Then when we tried to shut our account they said we were not due our deposit back. They were abusive and unprofessional when we repeatedly asked for it. The site is quite damp so many of our items in the container were damaged from mould. Awful experience.

I recommend Citywest Self Storage, the service is professional, the location is great from which you can get to any part of the city, above all, a very safe place and the storage units are clean, open 24 hours, which allows for unlimited access to your storage unit. Many of my friends use this location and are also satisfied. If someone needs a good place to store their goods, there is no need to hesitate because this place beats the rest in terms of price.
