Storebox was perfect - very helpful, communicative, and went above and beyond with their service. As a first-time customer of self storage, I had a great experience, would recommend them to others, and would use them again. When shopping around for storage options, I initially had a lot of questions and found Storebox were responsive in answering my queries. They also had their prices on their website, and I found the transparency refreshing compared to their competitors. Storebox offered me a much larger sized unit for the same price when the size I requested wasn't available at that time - I was really impressed with the free upgrade. The storage unit at Clondalkin was in a secure, CCTV-monitored compound with remotely-activated gates. The remotely activated gates meant only registered customers could enter the compound, and it also meant I could arrive at anytime and return as many times as I liked. There was vehicle access right up to the door of my own unit, even for my large, long-wheelbase hire van. As an added bonus, I didn't even have to buy my own padlock - they provided a large padlock with the unit. I was moving house, and stored things like furniture, soft furnishings, and books in the unit - everything was clean, dry, and in perfect condition when I retrieved them months later. The checkout process at the end was equally as smooth as the rest of my experience, and Storebox was helpful and communicative throughout.
