Both Niamh and Siobhan in the Waterford Unit were so helpful! They went through the options for storage and what I needed. From initial conversation to closing my account they couldn’t have been more helpful and made the whole process so much easier. Would definitely recommend!
Since they made the place bigger 2 years ago it become worse place. Hundreds units but only one pallet track. Nonsense new rules and manager never wanted to find solution to sort out my easy task. Will not use this facility again
This company claim that the first month's storage is half price but it is not. I rang today (2nd july) to book until the end of july and was told that this offer only applies for a full month. I'm not sure how 2nd july to 31st july (30 days) doesn't count as a full month. Please beware of this. It is false advertising and in my view a scam. You have to book on the 1st of the month (one day out of the whole month) otherwise the offer doesn't apply. Obviously I didn't book with this company and took my business elsewhere. Its underhand at best and dishonest at worst.
