Absolutely stellar experience with U Store It Waterford. From the moment I contacted them about renting a unit, all my emails and phone calls were promptly and completely answered. Amidst the stress and occasional chaos associated with moving all our household goods from the States, I had complete peace of mind about storing everything once it arrived in Ireland. Not a glitch in the whole process.
Siobhan and everyone in the office provided outstanding support, to include finding a moving crew to unload the container once it arrived. The unloading went very smoothly and more quickly than I had estimated. Siobhan picked the exact size we needed to store all our goods and still get in to access items we wanted immediately. On arrival, the unit was clean and completely dry. Access is easy and the premises look very secure.
We had to break up our household goods into two shipments, with the second due to arrive a month later. Have no doubt it will go as smoothly as the first load. Highly recommend U Store It Waterford, it is conveniently located, very reasonably priced and has a fantastic staff!

Great place to store all your belongings.Easy and fast set up of account and flexible access to my unit. The staff is always very helpful and supportive, advised me on the storage size and when I moved to larger unit- I got one nearby so didnt have to move my stuff too far. Amazing service and people! I genualy reccomend U Store in Waterford! 👌😊

I dealt with Una and Siobhan and they were extremely prompt and helpful throughout the whole contract stage and setting up. They provide all the info you need to access the unit. It's really secure, well laid out and a great service. I would recommend to anyone. It's been a simple and straight forward experience.

I've used U-Store-It Waterford during house moves and renovations over the years. I've always found it easy to access with clean, well lit and well managed storage spaces. Good value. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
