I got a quote online which was fine and since then at least 10 calls in relation to me securing and booking storage, even receiving calls on a Sunday from different numbers! Absolutely ridiculous and it’s basically its harassment at this stage.

I had sent them email well before 20 days from the start of my booking date, that i want to cancel my booking. they never acknowledged my request for booking cancellation.I didn't sign the document they initially sent for confirming booking and now they keep on mailing me to pay when I never moved in my stuff. Absolutely pathetic service.
I had a great experience here. I visited to check out the storage options, and Joan made me decide to sign the contract. Despite being very busy with other visitors, she remained calm and kindly explained and showed me how to access everything. This experience convinced me that I don’t need to compare with other places.
It's perfect! If you're moving and need a place to put your things or your home isn't large enough, here you can find wonderful staff. They will help you to find the right box for you. It had been a nice experience to meet them at U Store It Self Storage Ballymun. Thank you so much.
