I would definitely recommend nesta self storage to anyone, we were moving house and weren't sure when we would have the new house ready as there was work to be done, very flexible and obliging, never too busy,so never had an issue getting to our unit which was on the same level always a bonus that we didn't have to use lifts 👍

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Nesta Storage Kylemore. The staff were amazing and made everything so easy. They went above and beyond to help us. When we decided to downsize from a large unit to a smaller one as we got rid of some items, they even let us keep both units temporarily until we sorted everything out. The access is easy, and the facility is open 7 days a week. Truly exceptional service!

Staff is not completely transparent about the costs involved if you cancel before the end of the month.I was told on the phone and in person that they'll only charge for the days I use the storage and refund for the rest of the month.Today when I cleared my storage and closed my account, they said I didn't give a 7 days notice so they will be charging for another week.And the staff was rude.

This is the second time I am using a Nesta storage unit on Kylemore Road, and I can warmly recommend them. I have dealt with Gavin and Nicholas, who are kind and helpful. You only pay for the time you actually occupy a unit, and it is a great way to clear a room even for only a short time. I feel lucky to have Nesta very close by and will use them again when the need arises.
