Made an online booking for a van received an email 15 minutes later saying that they had no availability at the location selected and requested that I phone them to arrange an alternative which I did. When I contacted them via phone I was connected to the most useless uninterested employee who wasn't bothered to assist in finding an alternative van even with flexibility in dates and pickup locations in Dublin. So I instead went to VanRentals.ie who charged EUR200 less for the same van for the same period and I had a much better customer experience.
I contacted this company last weekend about hiring a van. I received an auto reply to say they would get back to me. Wednesday evening I received an email saying they have nothing available. I phoned them the following day to enquire whether they had anything smaller or an alternative to what I specified. They told me they'd check and return my call in 30 mins. I phoned them back an hour later and was told they'd contact me first thing in the morning. The following morning, no phone call and when I tried to call them their phone is disconnected. Im now left seeking an alternative on short notice after they wasted an entire week of my time. AVOID this business if you want proper professional service.
