We are really happy with our experiences with Elephant Self Storage. We’ve used them for a house move and renovation. The facility is clean, secure and easy to access. The staff are friendly, professional and accommodating. It’s easy to book, the information is clear and they are flexible. We did find that the sizing stated on the website was optimistic. We had to size up and rent a second smaller unit. The staff did help us out though and we fit everything in the end. They also offer some additional products and services like contents insurance which is helpful.

If you are looking for a storage space you won't do better than elephant storage. Prices are fair and fully transparent. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and always very fast to come back to any queries. From start to finish my experience was so positive, and I have already recommended them to friends and family who have had the same experience too.

Had such a great experience with this storage facility. I had just moved from another country and needed a safe place to store my belongings before finding somewhere to live. The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help me get everything set up, even though I had only been in the country for a few hours.Throughout my time there (almost a year), they were always friendly, helpful, and professional. The building itself felt very secure, which gave me real peace of mind.When I finally checked out, they even gave me a box of chocolates, which was such a thoughtful touch! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and welcoming storage services.
