Great customer service but poor advice. Be mindful of the sizes of the storage units and think very carefully about what they show you might not fulfil your needs as compared to what you think you actually require. Otherwise you will end up paying more. Some of the units are labelled as two bedroom apartment stotage units etc but they are much smaller. So my advice go for a bigger storage unit at the beginning.

Started off at 130 or something they hike up the price every few months. Then, 30 euros of mandatory insurance were added that I didn't request. For a total of almost 350 euros in the end. You can barely use the place on the weekend. The shop across the street uses it as a parking lot, so you're fighting for parking space. U-STORE had one person working alone on the weekend. Avoid all of these large storage facilities. Try to find a small independent business and either purge your belongings or get them home fast to avoid waisting money.

WARNING!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!I wish I read the reviews before getting a unit there. There's a review here about the scamming at this location and I found out that it is 100% true. The manager of the location is extremely disrespectful, rude and aggressive , who provided unacceptable customer service, and addressing the issues with her was nothing but a waste of time. Also, in our short time using the location we had a chance to meet other clients on site and they're all had different issues and shared their horrible experience. My advice - don't brother with this company. Take your business elsewhere because we're all deserve a great customer service and a provider who is appreciative of our business, respectful and thankful .

Self storage is pretty convenient with 24/7 access and baggage trolley at the entrance. Help desk staff are friendly to show the place on visit
