I had such a great experience. Rashaun was super kind and patient with me and ultimately very helpful with the situation I have been dealing with and even went the extra mile, which was sooo appreciated, such a lifesaver lol. Moving has been a stressful task, but the employees at Safestore really eased the worries I had. 100% recommend
I’ve had a very good experience with the self-storage facility. Ana and Rashaun are both very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are always happy to help and provide excellent customer service.The office is ready to welcome customers first thing in the morning at 8am, and it is always clean, organised, and well prepared.The only issue I have experienced is with the main gate, which seems to have frequent problems. Considering that the gate is not even six months old, I think this is something that should be looked into and hopefully resolved soon.Overall, I’m very happy with the service, especially thanks to Ana and Rashaun.
I had a great experience with the store manager, Adam. He was so professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident that my belongings would be safe and secure. The store was clean, well-maintained, and managed efficiently. Excellent customer service—I would highly recommend this storage facility and its manager to anyone looking for a reliable and secure storage solution.
Dealing with a bereavement and trying to help a friend in need with storage, I mixed up days for giving notice to the Clapham branch. Believing I was giving in excess of 14 days I was actually giving 14 days...but two hours after opening hours. Despite trying to communicate mitigating circumstances and appealing to the good will of the manager and customer services, there was no good will at all and a cold clinical passive aggressive approach to a very personal situation and a genuine mistake with no poor intent. My appeal that a full months charge for two hours late notice met with "it's not my problem" and no willingness to even meet me halfway. Do not use this company and beware that they will apply the full weight of contract if you are moments late with no good humanity.
