Very disappointing treatment of a long-term customer with medical issuesI was a customer of this storage company for almost 10 years!!!When I informed them that I needed to leave the storage and explained that I was recovering from surgery and dealing with long-term illness, which meant I could not lift or clear heavy items, I expected basic understanding or flexibility.Instead, I was sent small-print policies about notice periods and issued an additional invoice, despite already having paid and having clearly notified them in advance. There was no real consideration of my medical situation, no attempt to find a humane solution, and no goodwill shown to a long-term customer.The repeated emails demanding payment (I paid on 02.02 for a month , they wanted more money on 15.02 for an other month!!!!) were particularly distressing and caused me significant stress and anxiety at a time when I was already recovering from medical issues.This experience felt purely transactional and unsympathetic, especially toward someone dealing with health limitations.Customers facing illness or recovery should be treated with dignity, not pressured with extra charges, collections and fine print.I would strongly advise anyone with health issues, or anyone expecting reasonable customer care, to think carefully before using this company.
