I thought I was supposed to move my belongings out on the 31st, but they are now saying it was actually the 30th. Because I am just one day late, they are demanding that I pay another full month’s fee of £180!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬 All this over a simple one-day misunderstanding!Last month, they also told me that I was required to give two weeks’ notice before moving my belongings out, so I had no choice but to pay for another month then as well.They claim that everything was recorded, that they sent me an email, and that there is video footage—but I never received any email. The whole situation is absolutely ridiculous. It feels incredibly unfair, and it is appalling that they are trying to extract money from customers like this.I have to go back again tomorrow to speak to the manager. I’ll see what they have to say and how they handle the situation.
