Impressive storage facility in central Cheltenham location. Good access in opening hours using the App. (Be prepared to check mail filter if the initial email giving access to the App and hence to your store does not seem to come through.) Clean, well lit. Kasey gave a very helpful introduction and registration process.
Wigwam self storage have proven very helpful when I couldn’t be around for moving out. They gave the removal company access and were transparent and responsive throughout the process of vacating, even when there were delays. I would like to mention Kasey from Cheltenham, who was very supportive start to finish from when I moved in to when I moved out. Thank you.
