Harry was very knowledgeable and helpful.He introduced himself when we arrived in the store asked if we needed help we said we were just looking for. Then we asked for his help done everything he could to help us. Even moved mattress from one bed to another until we found what suited our needs.
Can't speak highly enough of Louise at Dreams. My wife and I attended there to out try out some mattresses. Louise got each of us onto the sleep science machine in order to determine what firmness we each liked, and it turned out that I like firm, whereas my wife likes medium, and I'd thought it was the other way around! Louise then showed us some options to suit each of our needs and we ended up selecting the perfect one. She was lovely throughout. It's just a shame we needed to place the order online as it would have been nice for Louise to be rewarded for the quality service she provided to us.
Visited to get some sleep science and recommendations. The lovely Harry helped me work out my best bed frame, mattress and headboard, and the invoicing navigation is in his hands. So far so good, great customer service, feeling good about my chosen bed. Can't wait for it to arrive...and the Dreams crew are dismantling and removing my old one, wonderfully stress free. Now all I need is to get the bed and have a revolution of sleep occur in my bedroom! I'll keep you posted.
Really easy experience. The sleep machine helped to identify the best mattress option for us and was much more detailed than it was a few years ago. Jack at the Gloucester store was great to deal with and very friendly. Overall very happy!
