Amazing help from the Chipping Norton office, through both email/phone. The whole process is so fast and seamless, and there's loads of quick and quality support if/when you need it. They have also been truly flexible, to fit my situation, with the booking. The tech they are using to support the booking, as well as the access to the storage facility, makes it exceptionally easy. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (and I've used other storage in prior years) and would use again.
Customer service team were excellent, explained everything and very helpful. Facility is excellent, we have an interior storage unit within a bigger unit. There is a user friendly app to get into the building for security. Everything in working order and well lit. Very happy so far. 😊👍
What a great storage location. The facility is clean, tidy and feels safe with easy access/egress. Access to all areas is via an app, easy to use so no fear of loosing or forgetting keys. On site there are mechanical handling aids. When contacting Wigwam Self storage the staff were friendly and very helpful. I did not feel pressured into choosing a particular unit and setting up the contract was straight forward. I am very pleased I chose Wigwam Self Storage.
Positive experience using Wigwam in Blackwell from when they bought the unit. The staff have always been helpful and friendly and all runs smoothly. Quick and easy to get started and easy to contact the team if ever required.
