Extraordinary service at all times. What stands out most is how well they provide information about all the details of the contract and how to use the service. They are very professional, use clear language, and clarify any questions you may have with transparent and accurate information: everything happens just as they explain it to you.The facilities are splendid, clean, and well-maintained, and you have plenty of materials at your disposal for transporting anything you want to leave in the storage unit.The customer service is superb. There's an intercom at the facilities to communicate with them, and they resolve all problems very quickly.On the downside, the times I've been there, the trash bins are always quite full, which makes it a bit difficult to clean up as you would like. However, it's still appreciated that there's a dedicated room with three bins (two for paper and cardboard and one for plastic).
We have a storage unit in Móstoles and are very happy with the location and size. It feels bigger. The salesperson, Jesús, was incredibly helpful and made us a spectacular offer. He was extremely professional and everything was correct. The contract was consistent with what we discussed and everything matched. There's no fine print. Everything was super controlled with a long password, which I prefer, but it's more secure and harder to locate. The place is very clean and tidy, and there's a variety of tools for moving things. Everything is very practical. The only drawback is the freight elevator, which is a bit dated, but it works quite well. Everything else is new and in perfect condition.
Spacious and with excellent parking. The staff is very friendly. They can deliver packages and leave them there if the customer can't be present. My least favorite thing is having to enter so many passwords to get in and out of the building.
