It's freezing cold, they don't have air conditioning, the water's ice cold and it's impossible to shower, and if they turn on the heaters in the changing rooms, the power trips. One particular instructor, if you say anything to him, just ignores him. It might be a cheap gym, but it's not worth it without basic amenities.

I've been a member of the gym since they opened. I've never had any problems because I used to go at a time when there weren't many people. Now I can only go in the afternoon, and it's completely impossible to work out.It's full of kids using the machines without working out, and it's so crowded that there are about three times as many people per machine.I suggest you add a section in the app to book a time to access the gym, so you can keep track of who's coming and limit access to a certain point. I think it would help improve the customer experience.
