The alarm always goes off on a Thursday or Friday and goes on and on until Monday, ringing day and night nonstop. It's a completely unsafe place! The people in charge don't have their phones active on weekends, so we neighbors have to put up with the alarm constantly going off. We're fed up!
Highly recommended storage units, good facilities, and excellent customer service. I would definitely use their services again.

I'm very happy with the service I received; they're fast and convenient. I can access the center with a mobile app, which makes things much easier since I don't have to remember any codes or keys. They also helped me move my belongings to the storage unit. I highly recommend Pongo Trasteros to anyone; they're very attentive and friendly, and the service was excellent. Thank you, Pongo!
