You should seriously reconsider your partnership with UPS. I know that as Storebox, you're not responsible for UPS not sending access codes. You can't reach anyone at UPS, neither by email, phone, nor chat. It's infuriating. My package is just sitting there and will probably be sent back at some point, great!
Very rude and unhelpful, Mr Ardich asked me for the reference number, but I tried to explain that the problem was with the Variocube screen. He didn't speak English at all, despite me choosing to go through to an English speaking agent. I reported the Variocube as broken a week.ago but nothing has been done to try and fit it, and so I can only conclude I gave lost my parcel. It's very frustrating. He basically said I was wasting his time. Please, someone, fix the storage box here. It's an absolutely terrible service.
I am surprised that such places even exist. Not pleasant at all. I was honestly scared when I entered this place.
