I can only review the UPS box here. Surprisingly, I had a good experience; I had two packages from Vinted sent here and unfortunately only saw the bad reviews afterward. I received a code for the door and the UPS box (via SMS and email), and everything worked perfectly :)
Unfortunately, there are no negative stars. The fact that you can only pick up items from the storebox is one thing, but the fact that UPS marks it as a COLLECTION point is a joke. You can only pick up packages there, but not send them, because you don't have a door code when sending them. UPS isn't able to correct this either, and the storebox is still listed as a collection point.
