I can only review the UPS box here. Surprisingly, I had a good experience; I had two packages from Vinted sent here and unfortunately only saw the bad reviews afterward. I received a code for the door and the UPS box (via SMS and email), and everything worked perfectly :)
Unfortunately, negative stars aren't an option. The fact that you can only pick up packages from the storebox is one thing... but the fact that UPS marks it as a drop-off point is ridiculous.You can only pick up packages there, not send any, because you don't have a door code for sending. UPS isn't able to correct this; the storebox is still listed as a drop-off point.
