Very efficient and prompt service with respect to securing a locker room, super clean and spacious facility and very approachable. Would recommend for students especially who can store their stuff without feeling the hassle to buy and sell every time they have to move temporarily :)
Amazing service especially Mr Werner Mundt very friendly and helpful
We had a very good first experience with this storage company. We made the contract online a Friday and moved our stuff on the next day (Saturday), with our first entry out of the normal office hours. We needed to contact someone to give us the enter code and explain us a bit how the system works, but it went very good and Werner assisted us the whole time remotely. Just as a little constructive critique, I think nowadays with so much technology the system to get your entry code the first time and get instructions on how everything works could be more automated via an app or something. If it wouldn't have been because Werner contacted me via WhatsApp we would have probably left the place without been able to enter, and that would have been quite inconvenient. But nice that everything went well in the end! Apart from that, they offer a lot of solutions for making the objects moving very easy. The whole place is very clean and modern.
Amazing. I was so surprised that the storage container was available on the day I booked. Very friendly staff. Such a pleasant experience!!
