Unfortunately, the only things that have increased significantly are the price and the list of things you're no longer allowed to do. The advertised "services" include over 90% broken outdoor lighting. There have even been tenants who replaced fluorescent tubes themselves. OUTSIDE, not inside the rental unit. After "quality improvements" to the "revised" energy supply, the lights dim as soon as you switch on any appliance over 100W. But since there are simply no alternatives, you have no choice.If you don't need a drive-in storage area, rent a room in an office complex. You'll get electricity, insulation, heating, and water, and it'll be cheaper. And if you inquire or complain about the rent increase, the answer is: You can always exercise your right to terminate the lease early.TL;DR: Avoid if you can.

I wonder what the reason is for increasing the rent every year. It doesn't improve the quality or anything.

This is my second time renting a garage/storage unit from Storage24. The initial steps leading up to the rental agreement were incredibly quick, and customer support is always available and helpful. The garages themselves offer an excellent price-to-size-to-location ratio, which is why I'm very happy to be a renter again.
