The place is abandoned, I can’t get in to remove what’s left of my belongings, the company’s support is useless, I had my belongings stolen twice and nothing was reimbursed, the worst experience of my life.

Since about the middle of last year, I've rented a storage unit at this location. Unfortunately, a break-in occurred at the property in recent weeks, resulting in my unit being broken into and some of my stored clothing and personal belongings being stolen. I was shocked when I re-entered the storage unit after several months. It appears that people are living in the building. There are items scattered everywhere, a microwave, and a dead rat lying in the hallway right in front of my unit. After reporting the break-in to the police, I naturally emailed the company, as they couldn't help me over the phone. I received an automated reply to my description of the situation. Since this is now an insurance claim, I wanted to enter the building again today and found the front door with a broken handle. Consequently, I can't enter the building to remove my remaining belongings and document further details for the insurance company. I am extremely appalled by the lack of support and assistance in these serious cases.
