A superbly beautiful and very well-maintained garage complex. You feel well looked after and safe with your commercial warehouse (e-commerce) on the premises. The lighting, especially at night, is fantastic; no one would get any silly ideas, thanks to the beautifully bright yard and video surveillance. Mr. Schumann is a super friendly and helpful landlord and always has an open ear if you need anything. Yes, the complex isn't quite as cheap as other garage yards, but they're usually just "tin shacks," so the extra cost is definitely worth it. The storage climate also remains fairly stable. That's something special. The complex is, as promised, accessible 24/7. It's a bit of a shame that there are no restrooms there (probably not possible because of the water protection area, I think?), so you're always forced to drive to OBI or ARAL. Especially if you spend several hours in the garage doing storage work, packing, etc., it can be a bit annoying sometimes. But hey, I think I'm the exception. What I would also like to see in the future is perhaps a parcel warehouse where parcels could be stored for shipping and pickup by parcel services. Perhaps small 1-2 square meter boxes on the premises that would fit a DHL trolley, etc., for us online retailers on the premises. That would be the icing on the cake. ;-) But in any case, RedCube is 100% recommended. Don't look for long; you're in good hands here; everyone there is nice and friendly. I can only say good things so far.
Excellent service, you feel very comfortable there, very friendly. Especially the service and help from Mr. Schumann. I can highly recommend it and would use it again anytime. Always a pleasure.
I used a room here for two years and had the best possible experience during that time. The fact that I had 24/7 access was particularly great. It's also very valuable that the staff find quick solutions to any problems.It's definitely a place I can recommend in every respect.👏🏻
