Yesterday, after three years, I picked up all my belongings from storage. Since I then had to sort everything at home, I was only able to give a star rating initially, but now I'm finally writing my detailed review.I used this storage unit for three years, and all my belongings were in very clean and perfect condition when I picked them up. Throughout that time, I had no problem accessing my unit, taking things out, or storing them, which was very convenient and pleasant.I would especially like to highlight the customer service. Every employee I encountered was always very friendly, helpful, and customer-oriented. I also particularly remember that there were some difficulties with the payments in the first few months after signing the contract. An employee explained everything to me very kindly and clearly and worked with me to find a solution.A special thank you also goes to the employee who helped me unpack and even load my car yesterday.If I ever need storage again, I would choose this provider again without hesitation. I would also recommend them to my friends and acquaintances without hesitation.Thank you so much for the excellent support over the past three years!

This was my first time renting storage space here, and it couldn't have gone better. The hallways and rooms are clean and bright, everything is secure (alarm system, access codes, video surveillance), but the best thing is the consistently friendly, helpful, and professional staff. I had to rearrange my storage space, and everyone was friendly, flexible, and helpful. Everything was perfect!
