The facility is quite good.Quick service, even when there are problems.However, the service is terrible when you want to return the garage.Others make the area in front of the garage dirty, and you're supposed to pay for it, even though there's 24-hour surveillance. There are no recordings, but you're still expected to pay. Access is open; there's no fence, anyone can go in.In addition, people enter the garage without permission, supposedly due to fire safety regulations.Be careful with your security deposit; you won't get it back easily.

At Storage24, if you have problems, they put you off and wait until you run out of patience. In my case, the storage unit is contaminated by exhaust fumes and particulate matter from the neighbor. The units are not isolated from each other. I've been waiting for a response from the management for four weeks. They communicate very competently over the phone, but nothing concrete is happening. The stored new goods are losing value due to contamination. Telephone support is difficult to reach. The landlord hasn't contacted the neighbor, and I don't have any contact information to write to him. I would strongly advise against entering into a contract with Storage24.
