My husband and I have had a garage in Langenfeld for our motorhome for quite some time. We're very happy with it, but we'd been having problems with our light switch for a while now. It often had a loose connection or simply didn't work at all. We reported this to the building manager, but nothing changed. Then last night, a young employee from Storage24 came and fixed the problem immediately. He repaired the switch right away, and now everything is working perfectly again! We highly recommend them! The price is very reasonable.

The facility is quite good.Quick service, even when there are problems.However, the service is terrible when you want to return the garage.Others make the area in front of the garage dirty, and you're supposed to pay for it, even though there's 24-hour surveillance. There are no recordings, but you're still expected to pay. Access is open; there's no fence, anyone can go in.In addition, people enter the garage without permission, supposedly due to fire safety regulations.Be careful with your security deposit; you won't get it back easily.

At Storage24, problems are met with empty promises and postponed until you lose patience. In my case, my storage unit is being contaminated by exhaust fumes and particulate matter from my neighbor. The units are not insulated from each other. I've been waiting for four weeks for a response from management. Communication on the phone is very professional, but nothing concrete is being done. The new goods I've stored are losing value due to the contamination. Phone support is difficult to reach. The landlord hasn't contacted my neighbor, and I don't have any contact information to write to him. I strongly advise against entering into a contract with Storage24.
