The Storage Team are absolutely fantastic. In 2025 we made the step up to go from storage containers to our own enclosed unit. The team have made us feel very welcome from day 1. An ever since we have got on with the team really well and always ensure everything is okay, keep us up to date on any work being done on site. Their customer service is best we’ve ever had at a storage unit. Here’s to many more years at the storage team. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Fantastic experience with The Storage Team! The facility is super clean, secure, and incredibly easy to use from start to finish. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help with boxes, packing supplies, and advice. Access was straightforward, everything was clearly signposted, and the whole process was stress-free. Highly recommend to anyone looking for simple, reliable storage!
Used this storage company in January while moving house and the staff were incredibly helpful, particularly Harry and Ellie who answered any questions I needed.
