They provide the worst service in the UK. I vacated in advance and let them knew (with 14 days notice ). They charged me for the whole period , promised me that theyll issue the refund in 10 days and it's been already 2 months, I'm still following up with them. Multiple times, they answered, would reply me that they'll process it on the same day, but never did. They won't respond for the email too. Very disappointed. So, please be aware of these scammers.

We were selling our house which had no storage space, so moved a lot of items in here - things like my child's old baby clothes and toys. We had the unit from January 2025 until May 2026, only visiting a handful of times to check on everything. Now we've moved, we went to empty it and found mouse droppings and polystyrene that they had chewed through. We were absolutely disgusted. We chose an indoor storage unit because we thought this wouldn't happen, so it made us feel sick to see that our belongings were being stored next to mouse poo and probably dried pee too. Additionally, like others, we were charged for another month after informing them of our move out date and that we'd vacated the unit. Contacted customer services about both. Was told we'd get a refund on the payment taken (still waiting, it's been 12 days now) but that they wouldn't offer any compensation for the pests as they only do so for items that have been physically damaged by pests. If we need storage again in future, we definitely wouldn't use this company. We'd rather not store our belongings along side mice (and their droppings).

Absolutely horrible company to store with. Staff and management are so ignorrant and rude. They try to rip you off with over late charges, door lock charges, cleaning charges and insurance charges! I do not recommend anyone to use these.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I needed a storage unit on short notice and thought this company sounded great. Available at short notice, cheap rates, cancel at any time with 14 days notice. It was a great company until I cancelled.I put in my 2 weeks notice, called on the day we moved out and was told the account would be closed. GREAT. Three days later, and I've just been charged for another month of rent. I'm now in overdraft and can't afford to get to work.Spent an hour on the phone, with multiple staff, who all said it would take up to a week before they can issue a refund. Several staff hung up on me because there's "nothing we can do". I called back to speak to a manager, and was told I couldn't, then got put on hold for 15 mins. It took 7 calls to be put through to a manager who also said there's nothing they can do.If you're late paying rent, you get late fees. But they take as long as they want to refund YOUR money.I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN(As for the company’s response: the entire point of putting in a 14 day notice is to inform you that you need to stop charging me. Applying for a direct debit 11 days into my 14 day notice is sleazy behaviour, and clearly done with the intention of collecting more money. Apologising for the inconvenience won't pay my overdraft fees.)
