Avoid Series One if you plan to move your caravan.We were relocating 100 miles away and intended to take our caravan with us, so we contacted Series One to understand our options. Could we switch to monthly payments while our relocation was finalised? Should we move the caravan now?We were advised — in writing — that given the circumstances, we should pay the annual fee and then we would receive a refund minus a small administration charge once they have found a new tenant, however, they said that they would investigate whether they could waive the admin fee. Based on this, we paid the full £600 upfront.After completing our move and relocating the caravan, we informed them — only to be charged a £167 “small” admin fee. We challenged this, referencing the written advice we received, but were ignored.This is not how good business is done. The lack of transparency, dishonesty and disregard for written communication is unacceptable. We’re extremely disappointed.

Whilst spending 6 months in the UK, we needed Motorhome storage - Series One have been professional from day one until the end. The facility was secure and the wash facilities were and added bonus :-)
