Outstanding facility! Dead easy to find opposite the Chesterfield Tesco Extra, with plenty of parking. Walk in the door and you know this company is no-nonsense. (It's not just "Would you like a coffee?" then there's nothing behind the smoke and mirrors.) Reception is comfortable, explanations are thorough irrespective of the time taken, security is exceptional (e-mail alert if anyone even attempts to access your storage space), and a personal tour/demo of the various-sized storage facilities is obviously a matter of pride, not a sullen duty...and so it should be, because the facilities are excellent. Ask for Debbie...cos she knows what's going on and even who the best removers in the area are! If you're moving out of your home and temporarily requiring Stores, ring Debbie first. I landed lucky with my first call. Rare to find someone who so totally knows her job!

Excellent customer service from Leah this morning. The premises are spotlessly clean, easy access and secure. Signed up for a 50 sq foot unit.

Having moved up from Nottingham I met with Debbie who has been really friendly and accommodating. From showing me around giving me a choice of units and explaining how the App works. Nothing was any trouble at all. I would definitely recommend this storage company to anyone looking for safe and clean units.
