Amazing people, very kind and caring, nothing is too much trouble!! Their kitchen is very handy to make a cuppa tea or use of microwave if needed. All the staff who I have come across are so friendly and knowledgeable.Special shout out to Jan who is one of the loveliest and helpful ladies I have ever met, she’s a real credit to the team!The response time to queries I have sent on what’s app has been impeccable.The unit was clean and easily accessible at a time that suited me. Thanks to the whole St Helens team.

I have used The Storage Team at St Helens facilities for a number of years now. Jan and the team that run the facility are excellent. They are helpful, flexible and always willing to assist. The storage units are safe and secure and the offices are warm, well maintained and in good condition. When I could not access my office recently as another team were using it they made another available at no extra charge at short notice. Great site, great team.

Great set up, friendly welcome and full information given to us. Easy to access and open times are great. Would highly recommend. First 3 months half price being a bonus. Feel our belongings are safe, dry and secure.
