me and my partner used the storage team recently and cant thank them enough for how helpful they were. Chloe and Ellie were amazing with helping me the get the right sized unit for my items and even offered 8weeks half price!! would definitely use them again and recommend them to a friend
The staff at the scunthorpe branch have been fabulous from day one and nothing seems to be to much trouble. The facilities are very clean and tidy and have good access to all the storage units, with plenty of moving aids and a lift to make the experience a whole lot easier. I would happily use the storage team again and have already recommended the company to friends and family ... Again a big thank you to the staff who are definitely an asset to the company.
Jess discussed and explained to me over the phone all details of the storage system demonstrating an indepth knowledge of the process and system. On arrival, Chloe was extremely patient with me going through all the details and codes requires to set up my rental unit. Together their teamwork and professionalism is a credit to The Storage Team. I cannot recommend The Storage Team in Scunthorpe highly enough. During a very difficult house move, the staff were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, professional, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made a stressful situation so much easier. The storage unit was clean, secure and easy to access. A huge thank you to the the girls in the office who were just fantastic!!!!!…and actually blew me away for their kindness and excellent customer service. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing storage in the Scunthorpe area.”
