Louise and her team are absolutely fantastic. Customer service is excellent, they are so approachable and supportive. I know my belongings are safe in my storage unit but also feel very happy knowing if I need any support Louise and her team will be there.
As first-time users of a storage facility, we were unsure of what to expect. Hannah guided us through the entire process, making the experience seamless from start to finish. She helped us select the right unit size and explained everything clearly, allowing our removal team to move our belongings in with ease.We had a great overall experience and highly recommend Hannah and Safestore to anyone looking for storage in Cheltenham.
Such polite and friendly staff. All the staff i have dealt with by phone have been great but I had dealings with Hannah today in person and she was fantastic. Stayed late after her shift to help me move in to the storage unit and she was so friendly and accommodating. She really went the extra mile. The storage facility was so easy to access and ive had a great experience so far. Thank you Hannah for being such a credit to Safestore.
Louise and Hannah at Safestore, Cheltenham were absolutely fantastic. Really helpful and professional, and helped us choose the right types of boxes and packaging to send my boxes back to Australia. We didn’t realise they provided shipping overseas and they were really informative and helped guide us at every step. Very easy transaction and both were a please to deal with.
