Great service from Safestore. They explained the whole process and nothing was to much trouble.
The location address (Plot 100, North Bristol Park North Gloucester Road BS34 7QG BRISTOL) is incorrect - it’s an NHS facility. I was lucky enough to find a very kind NHS employee who pointed me in the right direction. The correct DHL Service Point location is a 2 minute walk from this (incorrect) location, can be found by searching “Safestore Self Storage” or “Safestore Bristol Filton” on Google maps, which has the address: Gloucester Rd N, Filton, Bristol BS34 7QG. It’s a big blue building with the words “safestore self storage” on it. Once I found it, the receptionist explained that the location pin has for some unknown reason changed, and he has asked them to fix it. So, if you do find it, the DHL service point is actually clean and organised, and staff was friendly.
Don't try to find this place using Google maps online. The address and postcode for this location doesn't seem right. Not sure it really exists. Just takes you to the NHS operations centre secure compound.
