Today i go to the DHL (Safe) Service Point. And i request to the guy , is there any DHL , and he stat his talk and reply me, that it is, but system is not working, So you can go to the other one. I didn’t understand why he is not interested to listen me.

Sent a package off with DHL for the first time and I must say the gentleman that served me ( Pratik) was so helpful. He talked me through the whole process and even went hunting for the right box for me ( it was freezing outside). Best customer service by far.
