The Hanworth Team are a fabulous bunch. Very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend this storage facility. I had to cancel my storage and rescheduled it a couple of months later, due to a delayed house move. They provided a full refund. When I did eventually go back they couldn’t have been more helpful.
I had an excellent experience with Punch at Safestore. From the very beginning, he made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all the available options, helping me find the best solution for my needs.The booking process was smooth and efficient, and Punch went above and beyond to answer my questions and provide support throughout. His customer service was outstanding, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled properly.
Safestore Hanworth were great when we first signed up, offering excellent customer service and making us feel valued as customers. Unfortunately, that positive experience did not continue when our lease came to an end. We asked for a simple one-day extension in order to help us move, but the request was met with a firm refusal and no flexibility whatsoever. I appreciate that the company may have been acting within its terms and conditions, but truly good customer service is about finding reasonable ways to help customers, not just quoting the rules. The lack of understanding and flexibility at the end of our tenancy overshadowed what had otherwise been a positive experience. Because of this, I would be hesitant to use Safestore again and would not recommend them based on my experience.
I was popping in to drop off a DHL parcel for the first time. Absolutely amazing service from a staff member named Dior. He was so helpful and offered me a seat to wait whilst he dealt with another customer. As I have a disability. Explained everything would definitely use again. 10 stars
