We’ve just taken up a storage unit here and it’s been pretty smooth going so far. Access is all through a nifty app, where you can open the gate, main door, and storage unit all from one place. You can also share access via the app so that other people can drop things if needed.There’s a relatively straightforward goods lift to send things up and down - don’t try to ride in it yourself, as you won’t get out (all the controls are outside)/The staff supervise the facility mainly by remote, but helped ensure we were in and set up without trouble - and they were good at estimating how much space we needed - so do give them a call to figure out your needs.Fees were the most competitive in the area - although for longer stays you may prefer to find separate storage insurance.So far very happy, and thanks especially to Guy who got us all booked in, and checked with me afterwards to make sure we were sorted.

I recently had to find storage for my home contents and visited Safestore in Walton. Ashley was amazing. He talked me through all my options, spent time helping with paperwork and the app I needed on my phone. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made a stressful time almost pleasurable. Our experience at the Safe Store in Walton on Thames was excellent, thanks entirely to the outstanding service we received. On our first visit the lift was unfortunately broken, meaning we couldn’t access our first-floor unit, but Guy, who works there, was incredibly helpful and apologetic throughout. He worked tirelessly to fix the issue and made sure we had all the support we needed. Guy truly went above and beyond, and his kind, friendly nature turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience—we couldn’t have been happier with the service we received.
