I recently rented a unit from Safestore at the Staples Corner branch and I couldn't believe how smooth everything went. The staff was friendly and accommodating and with the help of James, the Manager, I was able to take an informed decision regarding the size based on my needs. The whole process took only 5 minutes! If you are looking for storage, I strongly recommend the Staples Corner branch!
I came in to collect a DHL parcel and was really impressed with the customer service. James and Alex were both approachable, kind, and genuinely helpful. They made the collection quick and easy, and their friendly attitude left a great impression. Thank you both for making what could have been a routine visit such a pleasant experience!
I visited Safe Store for my DHL service and met morice he was absolutely amazing! So nice, professional, and really helpful. I even made a mistake in the receiver’s address, but he didn’t just leave it; he called DHL, sorted everything out, corrected the error, and made 100% sure my documents would be sent and arrive at the right place. Truly great service, I really appreciate how careful and dedicated he was. Highly recommended!
I ended up here without a booking after a poor experience next door with the big yellow company. I’m not sure if that was Disney, but it definitely didn’t feel like the level of service I expected.From the moment I arrived, the manager (I believe his name was James) handled everything quickly and smoothly, completely turning things around for me.In the end, I’m actually glad my first experience didn’t work out, because this place exceeded my expectations.
