I wanted to share a five star review for the Shoreham branch. Dawn made the whole process seamless accommodating our change of date and increasing storage needs putting us at ease at a very stressful time. The facility is excellent clean and security measures are excellent. The whole process has been made easy by Dawns calm professional approach.
I was in a tight spot after being let down on a friends garage for storage whilst trying to move house. Called Boxx storage, in Shoreham, on the hands free, and spoke to a very helpful guy called Henry who gave me multiple options and great advice. Arrived on site within 30 mins from initial call and hired a great value unit within the hour! Too easy!! Dawn and Henry littrally saved my day. Thanks guys. Much apprecieated. Tom Mankiewitz
Went to all the average storage co.s in Brighton&Hove and then found Boxx 🥰 Angela & Dawn -in the office -are the kindest, loveliest ladies you’re likely to meet. They helped me and looked after me in a time of real stress. Angela showed me how to deal with the entire process. Thank you Angela. My storage unit is spotless & so easy to access. Great parking. I had a great experience with Boxx Storage! I am a uni student and needed to keep things over the summer. There was great communication, every email or phone call with questions were answered perfectly and I genuinely had no worries at all. Angela and Dawn were amazing in every way. I was nervous at first in regards to starting the process, but was quickly reassured by these wonderful ladies. The storage area felt secure, was extremely clean and I had plenty of space to keep all of my things. I would absolutely recommend this company and owe a lot to the lovely staff. :)
