Made a really difficult situation really simple. After suddenly needing storage due to a delay in a house move I very quickly contacted the Burgess Hill Branch. Robert was informative, succinct in his delivery and personable. He made the whole process so simple from start to finish. So much so that as opposed to just having storage for a short while , we will keep a unit on even after the move. .
Excellent customer service from robert and gary very friendly. All very well explained and easy to follow instructions. I used facilities for a house move and would definately use again in the future because of the ease of use
Really great customer service from Gary and Robert. Very easy to setup the storage and everything was explained really well. The storage unit was very clean and secure. Would highly recommended Boxx storage.
