Our experience was great here. Allison was friendly, professional, and ensured we understood how to access our storage unit on our own by personally walking us through the procedure. She was happy to answer any questions. Would use this provider again without hesitation.
Very helpful, polite staff who cant do enough for you, very knowledgeable on all their company's products & services, well staffed nice reception area with 24/7 CCTV cameras both in reception throughout the entire building and outside, very roomy free car park & free use of trolleys, very helpful when moving furniture and heavy items in/out of car to storage unit. Highly recommend them to anyone in the local area needing additional storage!
I just wanted to say how happy I was with the team at Worthing ; Dawn, Alison and Jeremy. They sorted out a unit for a house move at very short notice, such that I had everything in storage by the next day. I found door system easy to operate and was able to drive right up to the bay doors. I was very pleased with the package provided.
