Great experience all round from a first phone call from Alison - to a detailed explanation of the workings of the system by Andy Ledbetter who showed me around with a very detailed description of the process involved. At each stage I was dealt with courteously and with a very welcoming demeanour. I cannot fault the service.

I am using a unit at Boxx Storage in Worthing. Andy has been very helpful in finding a suitable space and getting me set up. He has been a welcome friendly face and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend them.
Very reasonably priced and local storage. Thankfully, I didn’t need the team during my storage time, but when I did need to contact them for contract cancellation when I no longer needed the space, they were very helpful and prompt. I’d recommend this space, and the out of hours access was well worth it for someone who doesn’t have time between 9 and 5 to go to a unit.
