After I googled local storage facilities I decided to email Sentry Self Storage. Literally within a few minutes I had received a reply from Kealan. The email was well composed and contained every answer to the questions I had enquired about. The fast and very competent email replies I received over the next few days made me realise that very good organised customer service is, what this company are about. Today I went to visit the site and was greetedwith a warm welcome by Clive (site manager). I was, shown the size of unit I had enquired about. It was very clean and perfect for the job. The whole site was very tidy and well organised as I had a, walk round. If there was more, stars than 5 I would happily give them. I can recommend this company for youe storage needs most highly.

We are using Sentry to store all our worldly possessions whilst our house is undergoing a major renovationAs that renovation ,and our use of Sentry , comes to a close shortly I wanted to leave a review to recommend Sentry without reservationThe site and the storage units are clean and well maintained , the site security and ease of access are of a uniformly high standard and the invoicing and payment have been efficient and painlessThe best thing about Sentry though is Clive ,the on site branch manager ,who could not have been better in helping us select what we needed , walk us through the process and respond efficiently as our needs changed and as we had to extend our rental term twice . Really great guy - friendly , helpful and with an old school approach to delivering a great customer experienceThank you Sentry , thank you Clive
