I have just moved into a storage space at Gypsy Corner. I would like it to be noted that from the very offset when i enquired about storage, the team at Gypsy Corner have been nothing short of respectful, knowledgeable and professional. Both team members have assisted me and my family from start to finish and the process has been remarkably easy. My initial phone call was with Ahmed whi helped me choose the right Unit and showed me how everything works. After my move, i was really happy that my stuff was in a safe space which is secure and the building being extremely clean. My son and his partner attended and Kev was at the branch. He helped my son with the same process and we took out another storage Unit as we were adamant that this would expedite our process of moving into our new place. Kev helped set up all the access for us and we were really impressed with the way we were dealt with. When we run into issues, the team have always found a solution to our problem and even though there is a closer storage place near us we would recommed that anyone wishing to take storage to visit Gypsy Corner. Thank you team for all your help. We will be recomending you to our friends and colleagues as we think your service has been outstanding.

Excellent service from Shurgard Storage! The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I’m especially happy with the customer service from Kev – he was extremely polite, professional, and genuinely went the extra mile to make sure everything was okay. It’s rare to come across such helpful and attentive service these days. Highly recommend!

I booked my unit online which was easy enough but the real five star experience started when I actually showed up at the site. I ran into a few challenges at the gate and was feeling pretty stuck but Ahmed and Kev stepped in and sorted everything out immediately. I was also a bit confused with how to actually fit the lock to the unit and they did not hesitate to help me get it sorted properly. Nothing was too much effort for them and they handled the whole thing with such a positive and supportive attitude. You can tell they really take pride in the place because the whole store is incredibly clean and well looked after. It is rare to find staff this friendly and genuinely willing to help when things do not go perfectly. Ahmed and Kev are massive assets to Shurgard and honestly represent the best of the company. If you want a stress free experience go to this location because these guys are absolute legends and deserve some serious recognition for how they treat their customers.

Made an online booking, kev from Gypsy C called me in advance to explain move in process. Guided to use app access and ensured move in was smooth. Fantastic service and very knowledgeable. Gave me all the extra options and made me feel valued by understanding my needs. 5 stars!!! Only using unit short term at the moment but will definitely be back and recommend!!
