I had a really great experience with Gypsy Storage. The facilities are excellent, very secure, and well organised, which made the whole process stress-free. Everything felt clean, safe, and easy to access. We were helped by Ahmed, who was nothing but kind, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable and looked after. I would absolutely recommend Gypsy Storage and would use them again without hesitation.

My experience with this storage facility has been very poor. I was unable to move in yesterday and ended up paying for 1.5 hours of removals, as one elevator was out of service and the other was blocked by a customer. I called support, who referred me to reception, but the receptionist said she knew nothing about the situation, as she was only deputizing for someone else. She also said she could not take the stairs to ask the customer to unblock the lift. She tried calling the customer, but dialed the wrong number. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional, and as a result, I lost £100.
