It was an excellent experience. I was in the position to rent a storage box in Barcelona for someone else as I live in a different country. Even though the process of renting is not fully online, I did get full support and a excellent communication with them (kudos to Eva Sanchez, she was a real dedicated, supportive and kind person). The whole contracting flow was direct, fast and without issues. Will definitely recommend!
Very friendly customer service. You can see the spaces before renting and change as necessary.
Very patient and understanding staff, a special shout out to Eva, Franco and Maria from the Homebox team. Started through email, then whatsapp, then an in person visit between two of their locations. They managed to communicate in english the best they could, and were very understanding of my needs. I can recommend, and I look forward to storing with them moving for the near future. Clean, secure and easy!
Eva. She is an amazing woman. The best employee I have ever had contact with in my life. She is fast, very smart, solves all problems at once, has divided attention, works with a client, at the same time serves another on the phone, and instructs others how to find their warehouse. I had never met such a person before. She helped me with a personal problem. Not only did she extend her working hours by an hour because I was late, but she also helped me with unconventional things, because I lost contact with my son, who was traveling with suitcases but mistook the address of the box. His phone died. Eva found him by calling other Homeboxes, arranged a taxi for him, and he arrived. All the time, Eva was so kind to me like a psychotherapist, she calmed me down, gave me coffee, water, she was like a best friend. Homebox, you don't even know what a wonderful employee you have. Eva is the best in the world!!!!
