A very good experience. Mayte was a delight from the very first moment: approachable, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions. The storage unit was very clean, well-maintained, and in perfect condition. Furthermore, the location is very convenient, with easy access to the road, which makes coming and going much easier.I would definitely choose this place again and would recommend it to anyone who needs this type of service. It's a pleasure to find a service like this. Thank you for everything, Mayte!

Today I rented a storage unit from Home Box Móstoles and the experience was fantastic. From the very first moment, they treated me with great kindness and professionalism, answering all my questions and explaining the entire process clearly. The facilities are very clean and secure, and access is very convenient. It's reassuring to leave your belongings there. Without a doubt, a highly recommended service. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

It was an excellent experience. I was in the position to rent a storage box in Barcelona for someone else as I live in a different country. Even though the process of renting is not fully online, I did get full support and a excellent communication with them (kudos to Eva Sanchez, she was a real dedicated, supportive and kind person). The whole contracting flow was direct, fast and without issues. Will definitely recommend!
