I've been renting the storage unit for several years now. Everything is top-notch. The price is reasonable, and hasn't gone up at any point. The storage units are clean, the facilities are well-maintained, and the customer service is fantastic. The only thing I'd like to see change is the hours. It would be nice to have access on Saturday afternoons and Sundays. But everything else is great!
