I've been renting a storage unit for several years now. Honestly, everything has been excellent. The price is reasonable and hasn't gone up at all, the units are clean, the facilities are well-maintained, and the customer service is fantastic. The only thing I'd like to see changed is the opening hours. It would be great to be able to access it on Saturday afternoons and Sundays. But otherwise, it's great!
