Their facilities are clean and safe. I've been very satisfied with them for several years. I highly recommend them! The staff is also very friendly and professional.
During the almost two years I've been with them, I can only say good things. The facilities are always clean, the service is completely friendly, and they make it easy to change storage units if you need a bigger one or vice versa.And another very important thing: they give you your deposit back on the day they tell you to; you don't have to keep calling. That's also very important—total professionalism. I won't hesitate to recommend them. We really need more people like them.
Since I contacted Eco Box in Alcorcón, just after the pandemic hit, I loved Evaristo's service from the very beginning. I told him about my storage needs, and he explained everything with great care, advising me on my best option. Not only is it a practical and secure solution, but the overall experience is first-class, with a friendly atmosphere that I personally loved.The first thing that stands out is the ease of access. Its location in Alcorcón is very convenient, and 24/7 access is a lifesaver for those with busy schedules. It's always comforting to know you can access your belongings whenever you need them, without restrictions.Security is another undeniable strength. The facilities are impeccably maintained and have advanced 24-hour surveillance systems, giving me complete peace of mind. I know my valuables are protected and secure at all times.In addition to security, the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities are exceptional. The storage units are spacious, clean, and in perfect condition, making it extremely easy to organize and store your belongings.Thank you so much for all these years with you.
