I had an emergency situation and was attended to very quickly and very efficiently; I would like to thank the contact person for their kindness.
Highly recommended!!!! Literally the best in Spain!!! Very friendly, they respond immediately and there were no problems the entire time we were with them (almost a year), everything very clean, easy access, they return the deposit immediately, something that other companies don't do, simply the best!!! We will definitely return when we need it again!!! Thank you very much and especially to the person who answered the phone, a great professional and a great person!!! He helped us at all times and understood our personal situation over the last few days, thank you so much for everything!!!!
Incredible service. 10/10 personal attention, helping you with anything you might need. Everything was perfect. The storage units were very new and secure. The convenience of being able to drive right into the facility was fantastic, and once inside, they provided a wheelbarrow, a ladder, even a phone charger... everything you might need. The area is under video surveillance, which is also appreciated for the safety of your belongings. Access is via a mobile app, so you don't have to worry about passwords or keys. 24/7 access. As I said, PERFECT. It was fantastic for storing household items while we were renovating. We will definitely come back if we need it again. Thank you so much for your service and professionalism.
