I chose this storage unit based on a good review I saw on Google, and I'm here to leave an equally good one, if not better. Although it's on a street where parking is difficult, it's not a problem at all since their reserved space can fit a car inside, another car right outside if it gets complicated, and a car in the very wide driveway. The easily accessible, mobile-controlled entrances provide excellent convenience and security. I did have a problem getting in once because I pressed the wrong button, and they answer the phone quite quickly, although the person who helped me made me wait a bit when the solution turned out to be much simpler. I only needed it for a month, and the deposit was confirmed and returned sooner than expected. I even needed to empty it later, and they offered very acceptable solutions. They are very accommodating and empathetic, understanding that people who need storage units usually do so due to various personal circumstances, most of them not ideal, and they understand that everyone's situation is different. I would definitely order again, and I wish they had another branch near my house. Congratulations on your work!

I rented a storage unit to keep my belongings from my move until I moved into my new apartment. I haven't had a single problem. Communication with them has been excellent. I can't say less. Whenever I've had a question, they've answered it almost immediately. The storage unit's services and facilities have been top-notch.

An excellent storage unit. The facilities are always very clean, well-organized, and secure. It's clear they take great care with maintenance and security, which gives you peace of mind when storing your belongings.
